Orders & Custom Printing
Every order is custom-printed. Please make sure any text, artwork, or design files you provide are accurate and final — we may contact you to confirm details before production begins. You confirm that you have the right to use any design, logo, or artwork you upload for printing.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in PKR. We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. The shipping fee shown at checkout is an estimate — if your order requires a different rate (for example, based on quantity), we'll contact you to confirm before it ships.
Quotes
Quotes shared over WhatsApp or by our team are estimates and are not binding until confirmed.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver countrywide across Pakistan from Islamabad & Rawalpindi. Delivery timelines vary depending on the order and destination.
Order Status & Cancellations
Orders move through pending, confirmed, processing, shipped, and delivered. You can request a cancellation any time before your order ships by contacting us — once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
Because items are custom-printed to your specifications, we can only accept returns or replacements for manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Please report any issue as soon as possible after delivery.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any design or artwork you upload, and grant us permission to use it solely to produce your order. All other site content, branding, and product photography belong to Benefit Printers.
Account Responsibility
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account.
Limitation of Liability
We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our site or products, beyond the value of the order in question.
